A digital humanities project on which Digital Scholarship Services partners is awarded a 2020 Center for Research Libraries Primary Source Award in Access.
Since 2016, DSS has collaborated with the Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies program and the College Archives to create the Queer Archives Project digital humanities site. The site is the culmination of creative project work by librarians, archivists, faculty, and students. It features digitized archival materials, oral histories by Lafayette graduates, and undergraduate research interweaving contents of the site.
As a result of its innovative data model, the project was awarded a 2020 Center for Research Libraries Primary Source Award in Access. Read the Lafayette News story about this prestigious recognition.
